  • Improved inclusion and equality for blind and partially sighted people in society
  • More accessible services for blind and partially sighted people across our six priority areas
  • Raised awareness and understanding of the needs of blind and partially sighted people by decision makers and in local services
  • Decision makers are listening to the voice of blind and partially sighted people more
  • Increased representation and involvement of blind and partially sighted people in the decision-making process to ensure accessibility
  • Increased peer support and networking among blind and partially sighted people
  • Better representation of BPS people in the volunteer workforce
  • Volunteers are engaged in more meaningful roles that meet their needs
